Microwave Door Handle with Kevlar

Microwave Door Handle with Kevlar

thingiverse

I recently lost the custom door handle for my microwave, a crucial component that adds to its overall functionality. To address this issue, I decided to design and manufacture a replacement part using my Mark One 3D printer. Here are the print settings I employed: Printer: The Mark One 3D printer was used for this project. Rafts: To prevent warping, I opted not to use rafts in the printing process. Supports: Additionally, supports were also avoided to maintain a clean and unobstructed design. Resolution: A high-resolution setting of 0.1mm was chosen to achieve precise details and accuracy in the printed part. Infill: The infill density was set at 75% to provide adequate structural integrity while minimizing material usage.
