My 10-year-old son needed a fun project, so I gave him the task of replacing our microwave carousel's broken wheel. He used calipers to measure one of the working wheels, then designed a duplicate in Tinkercad. To bring his design to life, he printed it with a 1.5mm bronze filament, setting the layer height to 0.20mm and infill percentage to 15%. The print speed was moderate at 50mm/s.
