Microwave 3d model
cgstudio
A realistic model of a microwave oven with detailed textures. History Cooking food using microwaves was discovered by Percy Spencer while he built magnetrons for radar sets at Raytheon. He noticed that a peanut chocolate bar in his pocket began to melt as he worked on an active radar set. The radar had melted the candy bar with microwaves, revealing its power. Initially cooked popcorn was the first food deliberately cooked with Spencer's microwave, followed by an egg that exploded in the face of one of the experimenters. To confirm his theory, Spencer created a high-density electromagnetic field by feeding microwave energy into a metal box from which it could not escape. When food was placed inside the box with microwave power, its temperature rose rapidly.
