microUSB Deek-Robot FTDI serial case

Remix for the Deek-Robot FTDI board. This board works well with Windows 10 using Microsoft-provided drivers. Only the lid has been modified. A small portion of the microUSB tab was removed to accommodate the board's slight height. Additional holes were drilled for TX/RD lights, and pin identifiers were added for TX/RX/GND. Since I only use the board for serial access to routers etc., I don't concern myself with other pins or the internal header. Consider applying black tape over the power light area on the lid and inserting tissue to diffuse the LED. The board now has a pleasant glow emanating from its side, without bleeding into the RX/TD light area.
