Using PDB ID 1TUB as a reference, I employed UCSF Chimera to construct the entire helix by following Tom Goddard's instruction found in this video: http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/videodoc/MicrotubuleSym/. Although I utilized another EMDB model with established helical parameters, I am currently unable to locate the specific details.
