Microsoft Surface tag library 2.0

This update enables dual extrusion for pegs and base in different colors while still supporting single extrusion. Details on tags can be found at msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee804885(v=surface.10).aspx. The new Surface, Samsung's SUR40, is also compatible, and the height significance has been reduced as tags can now be added as a flat 1/16" layer to any object. For visual distinction, I use the tag outline in one color and the rest of the object (including pegs) in another.
