Microsoft Camera Mount
thingiverse
This is a mount for a Microsoft web cam. It's secured to a 20x40mm extrusion frame. You'll need hardware to link the mount to the printer's base, but the screw used to attach the camera to the mount is the same one that held it in place on the factory mount. I'm using this setup with a Raspberry Pi 3 running OptoPrint software. The Microsoft LifeCam Cinema 720P camera is what I've chosen, although the LifeCam Studio should also work fine. Printer Details Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: MakerFarm Pegasus 12 Rafts: No rafts are needed. Supports: None required. Resolution: The printer's resolution is set to .3mm. Infill Density: The infill density has been set to 20%.
