I was looking for a sleek and straightforward design, inspired by the original Microsoft Band style. I wanted to create a model that wouldn't require any supports, which made the printing process a bit more challenging but also really satisfying when completed. One issue I had was with a small piece of plastic hanging down from the peak, but it wasn't a deal-breaker considering the benefits. I printed this design using my Monoprice Dual Ext 3D printer, and it took roughly two hours to complete. The print settings were set to 0.2mm resolution, with an infill percentage of 20. To ensure a secure fit on the charger, I deliberately made the tolerance tight – but not too tight that it wouldn't sit comfortably.
