The print was too small, necessitating parts reorientation with the slicer to ensure proper printing. Thin walls in several areas also caused Slic3r difficulties. These issues are now resolved. I have also modified it to employ a button-head screw instead of a flat-head screw. Five trays can be printed in any combination; one SD-card tray and four MicroSD trays allow you to bring along an SD-to-MicroSD adapter, giving you flexibility. The OpenSCAD files reference the STL files from the original design, which are available for download.
