After searching for a good adjustable microscope stand on Thingiverse, I couldn't find one that suited my needs, so I decided to design and create my own microscope stand. The new design is similar to the ones sold on Aliexpress for $25 USD. To assemble the microscope holder, you will need M3 Hex bolts and nuts. Additionally, an M5 square nut and bolt are required for tensioning the rack and gear or fixing the height. I used a 6MM diameter rod to create a push fit connection between the gear and adjustment wheel. The stand was printed in ABS on my Flash Forge Creator Pro using 3M glue stick and a glass bed. The result is a functional microscope stand that works great.
