I really loved Perinski's Microscope Stand, but I wanted a stand that utilized a door blocker as its base, was made with 8mm aluminum rod, and had a more rigid bracket for axle assembly. I completely re-designed Perinski's design from scratch to meet my requirements (except for the microscope bracket hook: I just added some screw holes to it). STEP files are included.
