Small FPV Quadcopter This small quadcopter is designed for both indoor and outdoor flying, utilizing brushed motors. Unlike traditional camera angles, this design tilts the motors forward by 15 degrees, keeping the frame horizontal during high-speed flights. The frame accommodates a compact flight controller with a maximum footprint of 30x20mm. It also accepts a separate receiver or uses one integrated into the flight controller. A convenient stand is included for easier flight controller calibration and can be used for takeoff as well. The total weight, including equipment, without a battery is 45 grams. Firmware Details PID settings are set at Roll (80 / 30 / 44), Pitch (80 / 30 / 44), and Yaw (185 / 45 / 0). The roll rate is 0.8, the pitch rate is 0.8, and the yaw rate is 0.5. Additional Materials Required Four M2x5 screws are needed for assembly. Additionally, velcro tape with adhesive for battery mounting, double-sided tape (foam type) for FC/RX mounting, CA glue or acetone for upper deck and bulkhead assembly, a 1.5mm carbon fiber rod for landing gear, and other specified components. Motors The quadcopter uses Racerstar 8520 8.5x20mm 53500RPM Coreless Motors. Propellers QR Ladybird-Z-01 propellers are used. Flight Controller The SP Racing F3 EVO For Micro FPV Frame is utilized as the flight controller. Batteries A single-cell Lipo battery with 650mAh capacity is used. FPV System An Eachine TX03 NTSC Super Mini 0/25mW/50mW/200mW Switchable AIO 5.8G 72CH VTX 600TVL 1/3 Cmos FPV Camera provides the first-person view capabilities. Radio System A Jeti Duplex R5L EX receiver with shortened antennas is used. Transmitter The Jeti DC-16 transmitter is utilized for control.
