Need a desktop microphone? Already own a microphone stand with a boom? If so, then print these objects to turn an ordinary microphone stand into a desk mount. The microphone stand can be easily removed and placed back into the desk making this solution semi-permanent. This solution requires: - A microphone stand with a pole that is less than or equal to 22.5 mm in diameter (hole is 23 mm). - A 1.5 inch (38.1 mm) hole saw capable of cutting through the material of a desk. - The desktop must be no thicker than 38 mm. Note that STL files have threads going most of the way up to the top of the grommet. Photos show threads going about half way. Threads were extended in the final model to fit thinner desks than mine.
