Mount an Ion Air Pro on a microphone stand by attaching it to the top using Ion's tilt adapter. This will provide stability and allow for smooth operation. Print the adapter in PLA, opting not to model threads as PLA self-treads nicely. If prints are loose on your printer, reduce scale 5% at a time until a snug fit is achieved. For a permanent bond, apply 5-minute or JB Weld epoxy under the bolt head before insertion. This prevents thread loading and secures the bolt with a strong bond to the hex recess.
