I encountered issues with camera noises being picked up by my sensitive microphone. The standard microphone mount transferred excessive camera handling noise to the mic. Consequently, I created a custom camera shock mount specifically designed for my Sony EX-1. It's intended for use on mounts no longer than 5 cm in length, but I've also included an optional 7 cm mount configuration.
