This microphone holder features a shock absorber design and can be completed by adding rubber bands. It fits securely onto both microphone stands and camera hot shoe mounts, with adjustments possible through light sanding if needed. The instructions for printing are provided using makerbot dual with makerware 2.01 at default medium ABS settings. Infill of 10% works surprisingly well without a raft. The base includes a thin ribbon/strand to prevent movement during printing, which can be removed after. Rubber washers from hardware stores serve as the necessary rubber bands for this holder.
