I'm proud of my DIY project - a custom microphone holder designed specifically for my daughter's karaoke speaker. The mic was always floating around before, but now it has a sturdy home thanks to me. The conical holder is attached to two robust supports that serve as cable organizers too. Simply wrap the cord around them and plug in the jack in the center. I made sure this holder would work with any standard microphone, no matter what brand or model. If extra stability is needed, just drill some holes for screws into the base - it's easy peasy. For my project, I used superglue to secure the holder to the speaker and it worked beautifully.
