I created a Nerf ball gun for my nephew. He was very happy when he got it for his birthday. You can print the gun out of PLA or PETG material. M3x10 screws are used to attach the grip and barrel. The individual screw holes are drilled with an M3 tap. The whole gun is powered by two Li-pol batteries wired in parallel and connected to a charger board with DC-DC step up set to 5V. So the batteries can be charged via micro USB. I will make more additions to it over time.
