Micromake Heated Bed Mount
thingiverse
Here are small mounts that make it easier to mount the Micromake Heated Bed. Check out this product: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Micromake-3D-Printer-Parts-Heated-Bed-for-3D-Printer-Heater-board/32657075657.html Print three of them. Use M3 hex head bolts that come with the bed and three M3 nuts that come with the printer to attach the bed to the mount. Then, use three M4 pan head bolts with either T-slot nuts or square nuts that come with the printer to attach the mounts to the printer. I used a few insulating washers (red fiber style from computer motherboard screw kits) between the bed and the mount, as well as one on top between the bed and the hex head. These were printed in PLA, and I haven't encountered any issues running it at 60c for more PLA printing. Printing in ABS might be a better option if you plan to run the bed up to 100c.
