The Extruder is designed specifically for flexible filaments, and it's intended to work seamlessly with the standard extruder parts from the MicroMake D1 Delta printer. To accommodate printers that have trouble with small holes, we've included a body STL with looser tolerances. The supportless idler has also been added, as well as a 2-piece idler for added stability. When it comes to printing settings, our Extruder is optimized for use on the D1 printer. We recommend using rafts only when necessary, and supports are enabled by default to ensure that your prints turn out perfectly. The recommended resolution range is between .15-.2 mm, with an infill percentage of 40-60% for optimal results. After printing, it's essential to clean the filament path thoroughly to prevent any potential issues or clogs in the future.
