I've taken a close look at other designs for this purpose, but they all print with a flat top and nothing around the hole for the belt. After using one for a few weeks, I realized that it was really more of a funnel to make sure that gunk could only fall through onto pulleys. Here's a design that has a wall around the holes so that nothing can fall in, even if you wipe or scrape your print bed with unnecessary vigor. I still wanted to be able to print them easily, so instead of guides that go into the frame below I designed a clip for the 2020 frame that is extruded upwards. These don't need any extra equipment or fasteners, just a well-calibrated printer. If you need to scale these up make sure you keep Z the same height! The height of the cover is set up for the slicer to make four layers. Want to change something?
