I wasn't thrilled with my initial choice of tension housings for my printer, so I merged two designs from Thingiverse to create a more robust model. The resulting design incorporates an enclosed pulley, similar to that used in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2380692. It requires no support material. I've assembled the housing with 4 M3 screws and matching T-nuts, along with 4 M4 bolts. Additionally, 2 M4 machine screws are used for the Phillips heads.
