Micromake C1 upper idler (for Core XZ modification)

For Micromake C1 printer CoreXZ conversion, it is crucial to replace the original upper idler with a double geared one. I encountered an issue with Jeowin's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2328880) upper idler: no matter how hard I pulled on the screws, they failed to turn and the belts kept loosening. That is why I designed another upper idler that can withstand heavy loads. Its construction prevents it from rotating, and its bolts are also secured in place, ensuring the belt remains tight. Due to its robust design, I strongly recommend printing it with 100% filling. I created two versions of this upper idler, each with a different design but equally stable and strong. The V.2 version uses slightly less material than the first one. Key features of this upper idler include: - Anti-twist design that prevents loosening - Horizontal swing capability to tighten or loosen the belt if necessary - Built-in spacer for easy assembly, requiring only one washer between the gears - Open design that showcases the gears This upper idler is also part of a larger project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2858549
