My sister's MicroKorg XL microphone snapped right at the gooseneck peak, leaving me with a critical repair job on my hands. In a flash of inspiration, I whipped up this clamp design as a temporary fix. The key is applying an enormous amount of tension, which is why I chose to print it in PETG - stiffer filaments like PLA might shatter under the strain. I modeled it using OpenSCAD, making it a breeze for anyone to customize and fine-tune it to their specific needs. To assemble this clamp: First, fire up your 3D printer and produce two identical copies of the design. Once they're done, gather four M3 bolts and nuts to secure them together. The real trick is tightening them as snugly as possible without any of the parts giving way - a delicate balancing act, indeed!
