Thanks @Stargrove1 for this nice design. I have made lots of modifications as below: Added nema 11 as Z axis with an 8mm threaded rod. Used a 220v 100W silicone heater as heated bed, paired with a 2.5mm aluminum plate. Installed LM8LUU bearings on all axes (X, Y, and Z). Switched to aluminum rods for the bed and completely redesigned it. Mounted a titan extruder and designed a custom mount for it. Added an autobed leveling function, utilizing an optical endstop and a 1.5mm allen key. SOME NOTES: *** X Axis Tensioner: It requires two M3 brass inserts: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100PCS-M3-3-4-MM-Brass-Inserts-Double-Pass-Copper-Knurl-Nut-Embedded-Fastener/32825235531.html *** Z_Probe: You need to glue it onto the X carriage, where there is a special place for it. CA glue works well for this. Also, you'll need an 86mm tall, 1.5mm allen key or a similar 1.5mm wide Stainless rod. Be careful when gluing, making sure the allen key can easily pass through its hole. Also, I placed all the electronics underneath the bottom of the printer, securing them with a 5mm wooden plate. A bottom plate holder was added for this reason. *** I utilized a unique aluminum rod that I had found in my old stuff as the bed holder rod. It might be challenging to find a similar rod, so I included an stp file for you to modify the bed structure according to your needs. *** The stabilizers were made with 10mm aluminum rods.
