MicroCube Nema17 Version, tighter Pulleys
thingiverse
#Update Installed v3 featuring a small square that matches the notch of the Nema 17 motor shaft perfectly. If your motor lacks this feature, simply opt for v2 instead. These components are subject to high mechanical stress, so make sure to add sufficient walls (I used five) and infill to ensure durability. #Why? Observing my fishing line oscillating up and down on the pulley, I've noticed it occasionally attempting to climb the slopes as well. This phenomenon results in varying amounts of line movement per revolution, potentially contributing to drifting issues in prints. Further investigation is necessary to confirm this theory. #Instructions Designed for use with Nema 17 motors, carefully loop the fishing line two to three times around the pulleys and secure it tightly. I've achieved excellent results using 0.28mm line that can withstand a force of up to 36kg (BERKLEY "Black Velvet").
