Micro Whistle in F#(4)
thingiverse
I wanted to create a tiny whistle using just a few cents worth of plastic as part of a larger project I'm working on. To do this, I had to design it very small. UPDATE Removing the hole that turned it into a necklace was crucial because it caused weakness in the essential windpipe section. Print Settings Printer: Tevo Black Widow Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .075 layer height Infill: 30% Notes: Print it upside down with the flatter side on your bed, and print it slow. This is a good test of your printer's ability to handle small details. Post-Printing Check for blockages in the windpipe - sometimes small bits of plastic can get stuck in there and ruin the sound. This whistle should work well with a medium blow and be quite loud with a hard blow, but it doesn't stall easily. How I Designed This Using 123D Design software
