1 - Connect the voltmeter (DSN-DVM-368) to the output of the Voltage Regulator (LM2596 HW-411), attaching the red wire to OUT+ and the black wire to OUT-. 2 - Securely attach your cables to Input and Output. Assemble all components within the printed parts. 3 - Fine-tune the voltage output by adjusting the small screw.
