Micro vice
thingiverse
You have pics that show you needed things, Make version two of ViceP2.stl, since I'm having problems with PLA printing, like defects near the jaw holes. Probably it's because cooling isn't working properly. You might need a small amount of extra filing and re-drilling. The source file (AutoCad 2013+) has been added. The date is December 21st, 2015. I added an M8 version of the vice parts using M8 analogs of the M6 stuff. The source file was reuploaded. The base clamp's maximum distance was reduced to 22 mm. I'm not sure about the M8_C.stl part, but if it's walls are too thin, you should message me so I can fix the object. By the way, you should know that if you don't want to make custom jaws for your needs, they may be superglued like mine. January 15th, 2016, is when I added part M8ViceP1_extra25mm_LongRail.stl on request. You will have to change the corresponding M8 bolt and spring with ones that are 25 mm longer. Printer: TRENDi 3D Maker V3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.1-0.2 Infill: 20-30% Notes: Purple parts are ABS; the strange color should be Gold - that one's made from PLA. You don't need any supports since there are built-in support blocks for two of the parts - they're easy to remove (nozzle size is .3-.4).
