Finally done with my Micro Vent design for enclosures. To assemble, you'll need the following parts available at the links below: 1) 12V Fan - Check out this model: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PDB2XKP 2) 5V Fan - This one works great too: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RPRT91B You can use any 25mm equivalent fan, but I've used a 7mm thickness fan in my design. To secure the fans, you'll need screws. For Fan #4, use self-tapping screws that are 1/2 inch long. For Vent #0, use self-tapping screws that are 7/16 inch long. These fans may not provide a lot of airflow, but they're sufficient for most applications. If you need more airflow on the intake side, check out my other items. To print this design, set your printer to max 0.1 mm layer height and use PETG material if it will be exposed outdoors. No supports are needed if you orient the parts correctly. That's it! Enjoy using your new Micro Vent enclosure.
