Micro USB Cable Protector ( Designed to mount on Printrbot Play)
thingiverse
The micro USB port on the Printrboard is incredibly delicate. I've had my fair share of experiences where one has come off prematurely. To counteract this issue, I developed a two-part cable protector, which I bonded to the surface mount with some glue. Print Settings: Printer: Printrbot Play Rafts: No Raft Needed Supports: None Required Resolution: An astonishing .2mm precision Infill Percentage: A relatively low 10% density for adequate support Notes: Utilizing a speedy 40mm/s print speed and temperature of 208C with high-quality PLA filament, carefully rotate the print to mount it on its back. Post-Printing: Position onto USB connector and securely snap the two parts together. A significant amount of force will be required during this process.
