When my buddy moved to China, he handed over a butane micro torch he had purchased to caramelize the top of crème brûlée. I saw other uses for it beyond its intended purpose. The stand was missing and it wouldn't balance on its own, so I designed my own base. The foot I created fits snugly onto the Roburn MT-770 Microtorch that he gave me.
