Micro to Mini FPV Camera Adapter With Nuts, Low Profile
thingiverse
I required a shallow mount adapter to fit my Runcam Micro Eagle on my Tyro99 build, as the aluminum frame is extremely compact and the camera would normally protrude and be exposed. I adjusted the camera mounting holes so that the rear of the camera aligns with the back of the mount. Additionally, I eliminated the beveled edges from the six mounting holes to enhance their strength since they are reinforced with nuts. Lastly, I expanded the adapter to approximately 29mm in width, allowing it to occupy the entire cage width within the Tyro99 frame. A critical aspect to watch out for when utilizing this setup is clearance behind the camera. On the Tyro99, a Runcam Micro Eagle 2 connector becomes wedged into the stack once the camera angle reaches approximately 45 degrees.
