Simple button cap that fits snugly onto microswitches. Its internal cavity measures a precise 3.6 millimeters in diameter at the base and 3.3 millimeters at the top. The internal height of this cavity is exactly 2.5 millimeters. The external diameter of the cap at its base is a consistent 7.6 millimeters, while at its top it measures 6 millimeters. An updated version of the button cap has been designed without the border typically found on the base.
