Scale to 10% if needed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>09/APR/2022: Thickened and remixed BLTouch mount so the wires are on the inside, added screw holes for the 4020 fan</p><p>This is an amalgamation, fix, and re-modeling of:</p><p>The original StealthySwiss by RomaAquatics<br>The Micro Swiss StealthBurner beat by SpaceCadet_77<br>and ideas from the StealthySwiss 4020 mod by cosworth99</p><p>The original StealthySwiss mounting plate does not fit the Micro Swiss exoslide plate that has been released specifically for the exoslide motion system since the StealthySwiss' original development, and modifying the existing plate for mounting screws interferes with the fan block.</p><p>Files have been edited to remove the air ducting swirl (just increases backpressure, especially with a noctua or similar fan that need all the flow they can get), clearances for the stock creality hotend (especially the PTFE tube coupler), and spaces for the standard 5.5mm M3 nuts to be press fit into the plastic or resin for coupling.</p><p>While the original designs can use heat-set inserts, that is incompatible with resin printing methods, hence the switch to inset nuts. This can also be used by people without the tools needed for heat-set inserts.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Post-Printing</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mounting will require M3 bolts and nuts. Nuts have inset spaces where they can be press-fit, or if resin printed, locked in with some cyanoacrylate glue or resin set with a UV light.</p><p>Two variants of the Fan Block exist - one for a 4010 fan, and one for a 4020 noctua or similar.</p><p>The mounting plate works with both genuine and aftermarket Micro Swiss hotends, as well as the stock creality and other PTFE-lined hotends.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
