Micro Swiss NG - Ender 6 - CR Touch Mount
thingiverse
Remixed this to work with the Micro Swiss NG on the Ender 6. I did it halfway "blind" with the extruder already mounted, so the fit isn't perfect, but I printed in PLA first to test it, then finalized it in PETG to get extra rigidity and it works well. There is only one available screw hole, so the upper tab is wedged in behind the extruder body. I had to pad out my CR Touch with the stock setup to get proper clearance for z-offset by adding a couple of fat washers between the sensor and the mounting posts. I carried this over with the NG, but I went ahead and used a M3 nut instead of washers so that I didn't have to fight to keep the hardware contained. So, this uses a slightly longer M3 bolt, then I tightened down a nut on each bolt straight to the sensor body, then passed them up into the printed mount. That extra ~2-3mm makes it so the nozzle has more clearance. The gap was more pronounced/less worrisome when I printed it with PLA, but was critical to mitigate with PETG (I think because of warping/shrinkage) x_offset: -49.5 y_offset: -4
