Micro Swiss MK10 jig
thingiverse
When installing the Micro Swiss hot end upgrade, the manual specifies a precise height of 1.7mm protruding from the cooling block. To simplify the setting process, I designed a straightforward jig that covers the top for easy visualization. In my case, I opted for 1.6mm as the target height, since variations within +/- 0.1mm will not impact performance. Fortunately, my printer yielded an optimal result of 1.65mm, making this setup perfect for me. This jig can be used in conjunction with either the original cooling block or the Micro Swiss replacement slotted block.
