UPDATE: 2021-03-31
I have added EZABL mounts (standard/mini) which are just an extended version of the cable clip/holder. I personally own the mini version but I also made the mount for the standard one based on my tests with the mini and referencing the diameter of official TH3D mounts.

For the EZABL Pro Mini I use a custom probe offset of X: 47mm and Y: 2mm
Based on my measurements the EZABL Pro would be around: X:50mm Y: -3mm

DESCRIPTION:
At last I decided to upgrade my CR10-S to a direct drive using the Micro Swiss Direct Drive kit. It's now finished and I've been achieving by best print results yet.

The Smooth Fang
I adjusted my popular smooth fang design for a reversed fan orientation and also made a couple more simple changes to it (see images). Just as my original smooth fang this version also prints without the need of supports. Check the original design for more information.

Mounting Plate
I was about to model my own version of ozfunghi's mounting plate when I stumbled on a mounting plate done by madbuda. I remixed it because I liked his design and especially because he modeled slots for the M3 nuts that are needed to attach the fang. I removed the BLtouch holder because I don't use automated bed leveling and also adjusted some of the holes a bit because they didn't perfectly line up with my version of the Micro Swiss frame. You can find madbuda's original mounting plate with the BLtouch holder here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4101494

Plate Clip/Cable Holder
I made my own clip that holds the mounting plate to the Micro Swiss frame on the right side. This clip also serves as a cable holder with integrated zip tie guides. Additionaly I made a compact extruder knob that is big enough to operate easily but narrow enough to be attached even after the fang was mounted.

ADDITIONAL THINGS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS SETUP:

40mm Fan Mount
You will need to download and use the "FANG-oz-40mm-MicroSwiss.stl" made by ozfunghi: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2763931

5015 Fan
You will need a 12V 5015 fan (for CR10/-S), Ender 3 seems to use 24V fans. In my case it's a model by the brand SUNON.

M3 Bolts and Nuts
You will need simple M3 bolts of varying lengths with fitting nuts.
9 x M3 - 16mm
1x M3 - 10-12mm
2x M3 - 22mm

Please share a photo if you finish this setup! :)

Print Settings

Printer: Creality CR-10S

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.15-0.2

Notes:
You don't need to print any of the parts with supports. The fang design was optimized to print without supports and even the fully overhanging areas print fine as bridges. Only the fang might require a 1 layer skirt to help with adhesion to the print bed. Ideally you would print this in PETG but I've been running my setup fully printed in PLA without a problem. All parts can be printed in 0.2 layer height. Only for the fang I recommend going down to 0.15 for a smoother surface finish.
