This is an upgrade for my Micro Swiss Direct Drive EZOut v2 Mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4232736 Step files are included. This installs between the EZOut Mount and the Bowden Tube on that mount. Insert a small amount of cotton or packing foam between the two pieces. I suggest using 1-2 cotton balls. Packing foam can make squeaking sounds as the filament passes through, depending on its type.
