Micro Swiss direct drive adapter for Ender 5

I'm reposting this micro Swiss adapter plate for direct use with a Micro Swiss direct drive on my Ender5. Someone else created it, but I couldn't find the original post to give credit where due. My apologies, but hopefully others will find it just as useful as I have. This part attaches to the micro Swiss aluminum piece from behind using a small screw in the same hole that the cold end heat sink is attached to. I use a leftover screw from the printer kit or one I salvaged from my Ender3 itself.
