Ender 3v2 Micro Swiss coolerUtilizing 1x 4015mm and 1x 4010 blower fans.4010 fan requires no screws.BLTouch fixed bracket included. There's a 2-3mm clearance from the printed part to the silicon sock and with testing for 30min at 230°C no melting occurred with PLA+, so far. Recommend printing in a higher temp resistant filament though like ABS+.Orientate the stl with teh flatest side down on your slicer of choice with no supports required.Anyway this design works for me running the extruder fan at 65-75% speed and the part fan at 100% when required.Generally all fixings are m3 and the Micro Swiss mount requires some thread tapping for this to work where the top two v-slot axels are.BOM2/ m6 x8mm BHSC screws - tap holes as explained above.1/ m3 x6mm BHSC screws - fixing below BLTouch into already theaded hole on MS bracket2/ m3 x6mm SHCS screws - fixings to mount the BLTouch2/ m3 x12mm SHCS screws - fixing for the part ducting3/ m3 x20mm SHCS screws - fixing cap plate and front and back printed parts together2/ m3 x25mm SHCS screws - upper fan fixing2/ m2.5 x10mm SHCS self tapping screws - fixing prints togetherm3 brass insertsHave fun and donate if you think my time was worth it.
