Micro Staunton Chess Set

I call this Micro Chess Set because each square of the board measures exactly one inch on each side, making the total board size eight inches by eight inches. To add artificial weight to the pieces, a small magnet has been embedded in the base of each chess piece, and each board square features a threaded hole for a set screw. The pieces are based on traditional Staunton chess sets, while the board was inspired by other designs found on Thingiverse. To save time and resources, a paper board has also been included; if you choose to use this option, it is unnecessary to 3D print any of the board components or purchase the magnets and set screws. The Knight will require support; this can likely be added by your slicing software. If printing the paper chess board, it is best to print without scaling up or down.
