Micro-servo (SG90) round mounting plate

Micro-servo (SG90) round mounting plate

I designed this mounting plate for my micro servo because my 9G servos lacked the disc mount used in this robot arm model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1684471). It fits my Tower Pro SG90 micro servos, which have twenty tiny teeth on the shaft. The base of the plate is slightly over twenty millimeters in diameter. You must scale it to fit your printer and current filament. I printed them on my MK2 with 95% tightness, then with 96% still tight but less hard to press on, and finally at 97% just gripping. You can barely see the teeth on the printed part, but they are there, and with correct scaling work perfectly fine. I only tried printing it in PLA. edit: Added freeCAD source file. Print Settings Printer Original Prusa I3 MK2 Rafts No Supports No Resolution 0.2 Infill - Notes Remember to scale for your printer and filament, start by trying 96%. I made this mounting plate using FreeCAD and abusing the "involute gear helper". It's basically a rough design that works. I'm uploading the freecad file anyway.
