Micro Servo Mount for flat surface

thingiverse

This is a micro servo mount for flat surfaces, designed to fit perfectly with various attachments such as ultrasonic range sensors. I've used this mount on my STEM roaming robot, attaching the sensor to the servo and securing it with M2 screws into a flat plastic plate that serves as the chassis of my robot. Print Instructions: I print this model using PLA at a resolution of 0.15 millimeters. Version 4 features enhanced design elements for easier installation and a more secure fit. The mount is designed to be printed right side up, allowing for two screws to securely hold the servo in place. Depending on your printing setup, supports may or may not be necessary. To further enhance mounting options, I've added two extra screw holes under the servo, making it easier to customize the design to suit your needs. Print Settings: Printer: PowerSpec Ultra 3D Rafts: No rafts are used in this print. Supports: Supports are optional and depend on your printing setup. Resolution: A resolution of 0.15 millimeters is recommended for optimal results. Infill: An infill density of 20% is suggested, although it may not be applicable depending on the specific use case.
