Micro-Servo Claw for mBot
thingiverse
I designed a simple grabbing claw for the Makeblock mBot, carefully matched to the small 9g servo that comes with the mBot servo add-on kit. I discovered two great claws online: one by Kepler, which uses a micro servo, and a remix of that design by Sidertis. I thought these would work perfectly with the Makeblock mBot add-on servo pack. To make it compatible with mBot, especially for young inventors, I made some adjustments. First, I added maxjenius's mBot-sized mounting plate to the servo box from Kepler's model, so there was something to attach to and things lined up nicely on the mBot frame. Second, I edited the hole sizes and nut recess to use all mBot hardware (m4 bolts and nuts). You can edit it in Tinkercad if you like.
