I used the 46 cm model MicroSD extender from www.aliexpress.com/item/32875435875.html?spm. The model now fits the micro 3d card reader extender tightly, wasting less material in the process and printing faster. Also, I changed the holes to non-threaded in the model, so it'll be easier to process in my computer and changed the size to the screws I already own, diameter 3, length 10 mm, though I'd recommend 8 mm.
