This is a straightforward project for a solitary Micro SD card, crafted specifically to safeguard your precious data on your journeys. I used my Robo 3d R1 printer to bring this idea to life. Materials: • ABS plastic: the perfect choice for durability and longevity • Layer height: an astonishing 0.2mm, precision at its finest • Infill: a robust 100% fill rate for unparalleled protection By expertly designing the parts, I was able to avoid the need for any supporting materials – a feat achieved by eliminating overhangs. While this project may vary depending on your printer model, it is carefully dimensioned to fit snugly in my press-fitting device. For optimal results, it's recommended that you don't require any sanding or filing, as the design seamlessly accommodates your needs. However, if you want the tray to sit flush with the case like the showcased pictures, a minor touch-up from the bottom of the tray might be necessary – purely for aesthetic purposes.
