I hollowed out the bottom version of the Micro SD Card holder made by mkuiper on Thingiverse. The original Micro SD Card Holder can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2211015. My girlfriend appreciated the simplicity of the container's design and thought it resembled a lip balm case, so I modified it to allow her to store homemade lip balm recipes or other items inside. Otherwise, you can use it to store any small item. Note: Since I only changed the bottom part, you will need to download the original top portion from the original upload.
