You'll need to get your hands on a reliable 608ZZ bearing and some spare scrap metal to complete the sturdy support structure around this impressive part (I conveniently turned a shaft and a flat screw on my trusty lathe, but using a bolt and a nut is also a totally doable alternative - no rocket science required!).
