Micro Router Table
thingiverse
I originally designed a compact router table using a Makita Handheld Router, but had to scale it down to fit on a single 1kg spool of plastic filament. I've been utilizing it with fillet templates and flush trim router bits to cut panels for an adaptive kayak seat being constructed by the Environmental Traveling Companions. After printing, some parts may need to be separated from the shell using a small spatula. Two M3 socket cap screws are embedded in the clamp to prevent wear and tear on those areas. The rubber base is optional, as well as the geared wheel, which can get jammed if material falls into the gears. It's often better to leave it out altogether. I also created a Mini Router Table that's larger than the one shown (240mm across instead of 180mm), but haven't attempted printing the bigger version yet.
